“I needed some window keys but wasn't sure which ones. I sent a photo of the handle and they sent a set of 6 most popular keys. Found the correct one, exchanged the remaining 5 for correct ones. Very helpful, great communication. Highly recommend Tony”

“Excellent service! I ordered the key for our top box which we needed for travelling on holiday a couple of days later. It came the next day and fitted perfectly. Unfortunately while loading the key snapped off while in the lock. We managed to improvise and turn the lock so we could get away. When I got in touch with replacement keys and sent them a photo they immediately dispatched a replacement free of charge. I would recommend them.”
