“Delighted with the excellent service and quality of the keys. Initially the keys did not fit but after a brief phone call and 2 days later, new keys arrived and fitted perfectly. Highly recommended.”

“Been asked to revise the review however we ordered a key which did not fit the item when it arrived. We were asked to provide a picture of they key to the item. If we had had a key we would not have needed a replacement. So unfortunately I cannot revise my review.”

“Excellent service. I lost the code for my house keys and when I emailed my query, Ian responded promptly and sent me information and guidance about sending a clear close up picture of the key. When I did that, he immediately got the codes for my key and was ready to cut my keys and sent me a link including my reference number. I then ordered my keys and was dispatched immediately and I received it the following day. I was concerned that the keys might not work but they do. The time from me starting my first contact to receiving my keys was about 24 hours. Excellent service, highly recommended.”
