“How do they do it? Perfectly fitting and operating Yale type keys from a clear photograph of the original saved me time to find a key cutting operation, get there, wait for my keys to be cut and the return journey... Brilliant!”

“First cut delivered quickly but didnt worked. i emailed them and replied quickly and they asked me to resend photo’s of the old and new keys side by side and sent me another key the next day. Unfortunately the parcel was lost and i didnt received it. I coordinated with them again and im so pleased with their customers service. Very accommodating, responsive, informative and best of all they sent me another new key FREE!! I offered to pay the third cut as i felt its not their fault, but They didn't charged me with the 3 postage they made with my purchase. Definitley will recommend to get their service when needing keys duplicates/cuts. Hope there are more company online that has thesame customer service base focus. To note, their staff are so polite, kind and understanding and accommodating. Life would be always easier if we have more business people online just like or similar as you Replacement Keys Ltd. Beyond excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Extremely happy , didn’t have my key code and just sent a photo and within a hour had a reply saying it could be done off the photo , amazing as timpson couldn’t do it and also wanted £27 a key , I got 4 for about £26 that was with postage , defo recommend thank”
