“I'm very sorry but the key does not work, so I'm not happy. And to add insult to injury I had to pay for customs since I live in the netherlands. It would have been nice if you'd warned for customers outside of the UK. So I paid double the fee for an object which is now worthless.”

“I ordered some spare keys for my new lock. When they arrived the keys did not fit my new lock. Replacement keys Ltd were very quick to look into the issue. It did not take them long to work out what the issue was. Unbeknown to me Yale had sent out a batch of incorrect key code cards. Once Replacement keys Ltd identified this issue they told me the correction codes for my keys and sent out a new set which arrived the following day. Amazing customer service. Thank you”
