“Well to start with Remland carpets was very quick sending out there samples and very helpful, we picked what we wanted and ordered and they kept us up to date the whole time until delivery. Thank you.”

“I ordered and paid for a roll-end of commercial grade vinyl on the 17th May and received the standard "thank you for your order" email. I followed up on the 19th to inquire as to the rough delivery date and was advised it would be with me by the end of the week i.e. 21st / 22nd. On the 20th I got an email to say the order was being processed, so far so ok. On the morning of Monday 24th I got an email to say they were "still working hard on my order" - a week after ordering - I replied to ask if the order was going to arrive at all and could I please have a delivery date. At the end of the day I received another email advising that the roll was faulty and could not be shipped but that there were some other alternatives. As I now had no time to start re-researching the internet I chose one of the alternatives, unfortunately with a wear-layer less than half the thickness and nowhere near the quality of the original ordered. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience - to have to wait for a week just to be told they can't deliver is absolutely shocking.”

“Excellent service. I as kept well informed as to when my carpet would arrive and the courier took less time to deliver it than a local carpet supplier would have. And even better the carpet was delivered FREE- from your store several hundred miles away. Couldn't recommend your service more highly.”

“Vinyl very good ,but wasn't very happy with the courier he just left it at my front door,I put on the delivery if wasn't in could you leave with my neighbour the courier was very lucky that I have good neighbours that took it in and also thankful for my cameras in full view how he left the item .. Good value Vinyl but very bad courier service....”

“From first asking for samples to ordering the tiles Remland Carpets have been extremely efficient. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would be happy to recommend them. The tiles are exactly as I wanted and look very good now they are fitted.”
