“when I first openned the roll of flotex cobles design I was met with a bright green glow on the patten that was not visible on the sample , Had it not been the Easter holidays it would have been sent straight back. but I laid it out to flatten & by next day the glow had decreased, I would have preferred the green not to have been there but I realised that it was activated by the sunlight & has calmed down over time only being visible with the sun on it, novel to say the least but I will live with it , my previos Flotex is over 30 years old with only a couple of worn patches it will live out its life in the garage . I find Flotex to be a wonderful product but cant remember it being so expensive relatively to alternatives back when I first bought it, there again at 78 years old everything is expensive these days anything I spend comes out of the kids inheritance after the taxman !!!”

“From first contact to final delivery the service has been excellent! We wanted to have a good look at the carpet before ordering so requested a sample that arrived within a few days of making the call and far sooner than indicated. It was just what we wanted and placed the order. As this carpet was made to order that delivery would be six weeks. The carpet arrived exactly six weeks after placing the order and we are delighted with it.”

“This is the worst flooring I've ever had the misfortune to experience. There were no laying instructions and thinking it was proper lino, my floor layer laid it as such. Now it seems to have expanded and it's lifting in some places. I'm very dissappointed with it and of course Remland Carpets won't take any responsibility for the problems. I would not have given a single star if I could.”

“When our flooring was delivered, it was completely the wrong colour to what was on the website. We returned the flooring at quite a large cost of doing so. Friendly staff when dealing with the return we must say.”
