“Have not received them yet. The long tube that was dropped to our address which the builder signed for was actually a local framer down the road. Our order has not turned up yet. If you could please find out where it went and have it delivered to us that would be fantastic as the builder is needing it in the coming week. We understand it is most likely the courier fault as he must have grabbed the wrong tube to us but we have not had anyone contact us to say someone has our shipment.”
