“When i phoned to enquire about flotex carpet they were very helpful and as soon as i placed my order on line they sent me emails telling me all the details on when the order was being delivered. First class sales and order delivery.”

“Ordered online with no problem, however didn't get conformation that my order was accepted (called the company and was advised they had had a problem with their computer system - very pleasant and apologetic). Item took slightly longer to arrive than advertised (due to my location) - although more than happy to wait due to the fantastic prices!!”
