“Not sure what to expect from online shopping I need not have worried. From the start and the acknowledgment it only got better until there was a problem with the delivery, alarm bells ringing but need not have worried. Called direct to Remland and spoke with a charming young lady who advised me that she would get back ASAP. Second phone call and the delivery company had not replied that was the reason for the delay. After more assurances told that the delivery would not be for three days. Later the same day delivery arrives. Phoned again to advise of the delivery to the surprise of the receptionist and again more apauligies which were not required as the young lady had done more than required for the company and their client. Would I recommend Remland Carpets, with staff like that taking time and effort to keep the clients up to date a large YES.”

“It was very easy to find what I wanted and I am delighted with the floor covering. The underlay was not quite what I expected, as it seemed to be a bit brittle but with the vinyl placed on the top, it does give a slightly springy feeling, which gives a very comfortable feeling to the floor. Both products arrived much quicker than I expected and were well packed. The whole process of shopping with Remland was very easy and I would certainly use them again.”

“Samples sent free of charge. Seeing the product ,especially colours, makes it easy to decide. Orders received by date quoted Two orders placed, slight damage to box for first delivery, but no damage to content. Second items ordered, not in stock but delivered on time as quoted. Very satisfied with dealing with this company.”

“My flooring is yet to be laid due to Covid restrictions but looks beautiful. My main reason for this review is to recommend using Remland Carpets. They have a fast, efficient delivery service. I live at the very North of Scotland and received my goods within a week where normally companies won’t deliver to my postcode area.”
