“I needed a metre by 80cms and asked that if I paid for the whole sq mtr could they please cut it only to 80 cms. I was told it wasn’t possible. However, when the matting arrived it had obviously been cut from a roll and both ends had been cut crookedly meaning I had to trim both ends- not an easy task for s 79 year old woman.”
