“Hello, Thank you so much, I love my new cushioned flooring. The service is excellent. I must say the gentlemen I dealt with Dexter was extremely helpful, kind and very efficient and always rang me back with all the details I needed. A real pleasure to deal with Remland Carpets. I am sorry I cannot send you a picture, am not very computer savvy and do not know how to download one! That was another plus point, although I did look online and order samples which came very quickly, I could actually speak to a person which I think is very important. Many thanks. Wendy Mellor”

“Delivery was on the day promised, even with a 5.30 pm delivery. I over ordered because the flotex was being fitted into a boat with many different shapes, it looks and feels underfoot very smart. no photos i am afraid.”

“No problems with Remland Carpets, good quality carpet tiles (the boxes were tatty & wrapped in clingfilm but the tiles look fine )I can not send a photo for 2 reasons (1) they are not laid yet & (2) my Sony Ericsson slide phone don't do things like that. Anyway they arrived on time, good contact by email and as described so 5 stars”

“We obtained lots of samples for our kitchen/diner flooring and decided on Forbo Allura Flex as this could be fitted with tackifier and no need to remove skirting boards. Easy to order from Remland and in the sale paid a very low price for 9packs of White Stone White Sand LVT. Emailed when order dispatched for delivery Thursday. DX didn’t deliver that day and due to Easter bank holidays it was a further five days which was not a problem. The tiles were secured on a pallet and none were damaged apart from the top tile in the top box which had faded through a little square opening in the box but we intended to use that tile underneath the tumble dryer. In the end we have decided to give the tiles to our daughter as the colour of the tiles is very yellow and not white like the sample we have. Our sample is from another company and says white sand but the number is 1506. The boxes the tiles are in says 1508 as does the website so Remland have delivered correctly. We just don’t like the colour as our kitchen is dark grey with white worktops and a lemon floor would not look right. Thankfully we didn’t pay full price or it could have been very expensive mistake on our part. I have learned a valuable lesson, obtain your samples from the company you are buying your floor from. I still highly recommend Remland carpets.”
