“I ordered Vinyl flooring on the 21st July ,expected up to 7 days for delivery ,had a text on the 27th July to say delayed until 4th August ,rang on the 30th July and cancelled the order,I was told refund would be processed .Rang on the 6th August to check where money was ,It’s being processed today 1 week after cancelling order ,still waiting for my refund 5 days later ,wouldn’t recommend .,2 weeks for a refund is unacceptable .”
