“Flooring was delivered a day earlier than requested which meant it was outside in the rain all night. Luckily it was well packed and did not get wet.”

“Ordered online with no problem, however didn't get conformation that my order was accepted (called the company and was advised they had had a problem with their computer system - very pleasant and apologetic). Item took slightly longer to arrive than advertised (due to my location) - although more than happy to wait due to the fantastic prices!!”

“Every aspect was excellent but their delivery providers let them down very badly. Remland told me they had already spoken to the delivery providers to let them know they were dissatisfied with their service, however, there still appear to be problems and in this instance the vinyl was even taken to the wrong delivery depot prolonging the delivery time even more and holding me up considerably. Inspite of this I would order again if I was not in a hurry for delivery.”

“Website and order procedure great, but there was no indication given on the confirmation when the free delivery would be made. I called a few days later to be told the ordered vinyl wasn't even in Folkestone and that it couldn't be delivered when it arrived (the next day). I ended up travelling to Folkestone and picking it up myself - which was very disappointing as the free delivery was an incentive to order.”
