“I'm always a little hesitant about dealing with a new retailer, so I thought carefully before approaching Remland. I couldn't have been more wrong!! The whole process was so professional from purchase to delivery. I was kept informed each step of the way and the carpet tiles were pristine. What's more, they arrived early. I thoroughly recommend them”

“I asked Remland carpets to send me some samples of Flotex. They were received very quickly and enabled me to place an order.. I very quicky heard from them that the colour I had ordered was not currently available. A quick phone call and an alternative was found. the carpet was delivered ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the service I received and would certainly buy from them again”

“A very positive experience. Fast efficient delivery and great customer service. It was Christmas period and I was worried I wouldn't receive it on time, but Remland carpets reassured me that it should be delivered before Christmas and it did. The only downfall was that when the vinyl was unrolled, there was a bit that overlapped and created a mark on the inside. This was hard to see when delivered, because unless you unroll the entire vinyl, you wouldn't see that it was damaged inside.”

“I've purchased from Remland before and on both occasions they've been terrific. Well wrapped which was a relief as on the day of the delivery it was absolutely pouring with rain and we'd asked for it to be left in the garden where there was no shelter! So many thanks it was so well wrapped. Speedy delivery, great when phoned to ask a question. 10 out of 10 on every front. Oh, and if you've never tried Flotex, I highly recommend it. Superb product. I'd never have thought of purchasing Flotex if it hadn't already been in the kitchen of the bungalow I bought. It is so good. It's been there 10 years and still looks like new. That sounds ridiculous but it's true. It's the 'Charcoal Glaze' one and looks like tiles but you can drop almost anything on it and it won't break. It vacuums well, and you can wash any splillages. But it always looks new. A carpet fitter who fitted carpet for me recently (not Flotex) told me the one that looks like planks of wood really looks like planks of wood (that's not the right expression but can't think of the word) and highly praised it so I'm going to try that next time - from Remland of course. Someone should pay me for my reviews as they're so darn good, aren't they? Not least because they're all true and I don't paid a penny sadly!”
