“Carpet received on time. Delivery man dumped carpet in our hall then, literally, ran back to his van. On examining the carpet it was found that the plastic cover was ripped and that an area of the carpet had been soiled. Awaiting ti hear from Remland.”

“Great service, all samples arrived promptly. Usefully they are labled on the back, which other companies didn't do. The full role I ordered arrived on time and securely packaged. I am looking at buying my carpets from them now.”

“I ordered two doormats which unfortunately were sold out. Remlands called immediately to let me know and asked if I wanted to cancel. I loved the doormats so much, I waited for them to become available. They kept me informed. Great customer service. Would use them again!”

“Excellent choices on their website and good prices in the sale. The ordering and delivery went very smoothly. From ordering to having my new bathroom vinyl fitted took just 3 days! It was all the more amazing as they are in Folkestone, Kent, and I'm in Cumbria! Thank you, Remland Carpets.”

“This purchase was perfect but there are other products on offer with minimum lengths which exceeds my needs. To get the fifth star, please sell flotex by the metre, not a min of two metres.”

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with ordering from us! Thank you for your recommendation, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the minimum order on the Flotex, however we have had to set this in place due to extra costs supplied by the manufacturer for anything less than 2m x 2m. The vinyl flooring you purchased is made to order and states this in the product description. We rang and emailed you to ensure you were up to date with your order and to keep you posted. I do apologise for the waiting time but this was out of our control as the flooring is made to order. We have taken your feedback onboard and will use it to improve our operations in the future.
