“Pleased with the service, since I only ordered two small lengths of Flowtex, one 1.5 mtrs long and one 2.5mtrs long. Another company I tried would only let me order full mtr lengths. So I was very pleased when Remland would supply just what I wanted.”

“The ordering and delivery of material was straightforward, though the initial estimate of delivery leaves a very wide range of dates which makes it difficult to arrange fitting. The material itself was as ordered, but was slightly disappointing in that it was supposed to be an exact replacement for a previous order but the colours in this batch are definitely less vivid than the previous version.”

“Colour is more turquoise than it looks online but nonetheless I love it. It feels warm to walk on and easy to lay. The fish look like 3d. It was expensive but worth the money. Well wrapped up and was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Highly recommended.”

“Dear Sir/Madame! My order has been delivered with broken film sealing at the ends of the 4 m roll because the delivery man was dragging the roll as it could be through the car park. As a result - both ends with damaged sealing and one end was visibly spoiled. No wounder- he was unable to do the job alone. When I reminded about signing the delivery- he refused, explaining that they do not practice to sign a delivery.?! Why on earth had you advised us to sign if it is damaged in any way? I have been very pleased at Remland service storing my chosen marvelous vinyl after placing the order ( though I needed only a 3 m width, but due to the shortage at the store I agreed on the 4 m width - I liked the design) , but the delivery has spoiled this positive experience. “Good options with a very good customer service. Colours of wet room floor pictures are misleading though don’t make my mistake . Order samples . Very happy with the floor , so once I’ve decorated I’ll be back to purchase a new colour”

“I don't usually write reviews but really pleased with Remland. Samples arrived quickly. Choice was easily made. Ordered and flooring arrived in 3-4 days. Love the product, looks great, feels and looks good quality. It was the design that caught my eye, didnt do much comparing prices but price seemed reasonable to me.”

“I paid for express delivery and the product was received in good time and safely despite some difficult weather conditions. Product was perfect for what we wanted which was to board the back of some kitchen cupboards. Mounted on batons at the back of the cupboards and painted a matching colour they look part of the original installation.”

“Very disappointed and annoyed! Was sent wet, muddy and chipped laminate. Would not recommend shopping here they don't take any accountability for anything. Laminate cracks and fall apart when touch like cardboard. Avoid, they also send polished samples but when order laminate it's not polished. (OSLO LAMINATE)”

“I ordered 2 packs of the Superior Wood Rigid Core SPC Click LVT 6.5mm - Built In Underlay by Remland and they arrived quickly with no problem. The customer was impressed with the finished look so wanted two other smaller rooms doing the same. I ordered 2 more packs of ther same item, but unfortunatly 1 pack was badly damaged in transit. After contacting Remland & showing them the damage they quickly organised a replacement pack and all was fine. Well done to all the team at Remland.”
