“We had great advice from the team on the phone when ordering our Forbio Vinyl Flooring. The product is excellent, very colourful designs, warm and comfortable underfoot and much quieter than our previous vinyl. We have it in our hall, kitchen and bathroom. It is a great addition to our home. Fantastic quality and very uplifting colours We love it.”

“I wanted a green vinyl for my bathroom, I hasten to add there are very few green options out there but Redlands Carpets had one and sent me a sample, it was the perfect colour and had a good cushioning. The ordering was quick, easy and delivery prompt. It’s not down as yet as decorating is still in progress. But it will look fantastic! Thank you Remland Carpets.”

“I recently purchased vinyl flooring from Remland. When it was unrolled on fitting day, I was surprised and quite disappointed to find tyre track marks running right through the middle of it. Luckily I was able to clean the marks off, but it wasn’t something I’d expect on brand-new flooring, especially given the cost. That said, when I contacted Remland about the issue, their customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, apologised sincerely, and arranged a goodwill refund to acknowledge the inconvenience. They also reassured me that they would raise the matter with the manufacturer to prevent it happening again. Overall, whilst I was disappointed by the condition of the flooring when it arrived, I was very impressed with how Remland handled the situation. Their prompt and considerate response showed they take customer concerns seriously. I’d recommend them based on this experience, though I would personally want to check any pre-packaged flooring before delivery in the future, just to avoid any surprises.”

“My experience of buying vinyl from Remland Carpets is extremely positive! My purchase is of excellent quality, and just as I expected from its description online. On delivery I was well able to study the packaging for any damage in transit (as I had been warned to do by RC), and didn't feel rushed by the delivery driver. I would definitely recommend Remland Carpets and will certainly buy from this company again based on my experience this time. The company did exactly what they said they'd do, and when - a refreshing circumstance nowadays!”
