“I have twice purchased Flotex tiles from Remland & on each occasion the product has been delivered in a timely & courteous manner. I found the chat system somewhat less than user friendly but the Remland team communicated via email which was an acceptable alternative. Said team have been helpful throughout. The one small quibble is that I have here been address as Mr whereas I should be addressed as Miss or Ms.”

“Good telephone communication made up for for a glitch in the product being advertised on the internet. (Ordered thickness 2.5m yet received communication to state that manufacturer was out of 2.0m) Delivery was on time which was reassuring during the Xmas period.”

“This is my second purchase of vinyl flooring from Remland Carpets. The product is good quality and the price is excellent! It has really brightened up my kitchen. The Bubblegum and Liquorice pale blue and green colours, give it a modern look. I am very pleased with it and have recommended Remland Carpets to family and friends!”
