“I'm only reviewing because I was invited to by Remland. Ordered vinyl 28/12/20 and received the wrong product 06/01/21. I raised the issue 07/01/21 and was promised next day collection upon which the correct Vinyl would be sent out. This didn't happen. I had to arrange with the courier and subsequently didn't get the wrong product collected until 11/01/21. Remland's policy is not to send out the correct product until the wrong one has been collected. I emailed twice and they could not give me an ETA on my Vinyl therefore I cancelled the order. Fitter appointment missed. Awaiting the refund which they have promised 13/01/21”

“I am very happy with my vinyl flooring, it is nice and thick and the pattern is well printed. Delivery was pretty prompt bearing in mind New Year and Covid. Unfortunately the people who shipped it caused a gash during their transport. I wasn't able to view it at the time but when I emailed Remland I received a very prompt reply and option of a return and full refund. However it needed laying by bathroom fitters that day, I was offered a generous partial refund for the inconvenience which was entirely acceptable. Thsnks for your excellent customer service”

“Absolutely fantastic service! Even in the middle of lockdown Remland did their best to ensure that my flooring arrived as quickly as possible. The vinyl looks amazing, I’m so pleased with it... it finishes my bathroom off beautifully!”
