“Very pleased with the quality for the price. Compared it with retail outlets for similar tile type patterns and it was almost half the price. Staff kept me updated with regards to delivery. They were very helpful and friendly.”

“Really helpful and responsive company. The carpet I bought was competitively priced and they took time to answer questions. The delivery was swift and the carpet (Lano Heather Twist Supreme Ivory) is great quality and looks good. I used a very good independent carpet fitter who commented that the underlay supplied by Remland (Duet Supreme Felt) was a really good product.”

“We were a little worried that ordering on line from a company that is a long way from where we live would end in disaster. We could not have been more wrong. You told us that the carpet would be delivered within ten working days from the point of ordering and it was, we were also worried that the carpet would not be the same quality as the one we had chosen but it was. The fact that you were EIGHT POUNDS PER SQUARE METER CHEAPER than the nearest best quote was unbelievable. We will not hesitate in recommending Remland . Thank you.”

“Great service, a shame the courier scuffed our vinyl during delivery. Remland kindly offered us a replacement or a part refund of 25%. We managed to get away with the original roll and so accepted a discount of goodwill. Great service.”
