“Very happy with the advice I received from Alex who answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I didnt feel pressured at any time.
I would have given 5 stars but there was a little confusion at the begining as to who would be actually be handling my case, perhaps as a result of staff holidays or w.f.h, but it did feel like I was being passed around a bit. Also, of course, expertise doesnt come cheap.”
