“Fast and efficient for signing an exit contract with my previous company. I called Redmans explaining a tight deadline and within 3 days the job was done. No issues, no hassle. If you want to contact them prefer the phone or the form rather than the email they provide on contact us as they don't see this fast enough.”
“I was very happy with the service I received from Redmans. Tessa was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process of dealing with my settlement agreement. Everything was explained clearly and in a straightforward way. I would not hesitate to recommend Redmans to anyone needing advice or support with a settlement agreement.”

“I had a fantastic experience with this firm and would highly recommend them. My initial contact was with Mel Chin, who was incredibly quick to respond, communicated clearly, and was consistently friendly and professional.
My case was then handled by Chloe Holmes, and I cannot thank her enough. She dealt with everything promptly and efficiently, explained each step clearly, and was extremely approachable and supportive throughout. Her professionalism and friendliness made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.
An excellent service from start to finish, a truly efficient, professional, and supportive team.”
“I had an excellent experience with Redmans Solicitors during what could have been a very stressful employment situation. From the outset, the team was responsive, clear, and highly professional.
Chloe Holmes handled my case with real care and precision. She explained everything in plain English, managed expectations honestly, and ensured that my interests were properly represented throughout the settlement process. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in the decisions being made.
What stood out most was the balance between legal rigour and human understanding. The advice was pragmatic, calm, and focused on achieving a clean, fair outcome without unnecessary conflict or delay.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Redmans Solicitors to anyone needing employment law advice, particularly in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.”
“Redmans provided a full and comprehensive service, and the assigned solicitor was consistently responsive to communications. Overall a highly satisfactory experience and outcome.”
“I found the Redmans team to be efficient, warm and empathetic, undoubtedly in my corner and diligent with challenging the detail to best support my case. I thoroughly recommend Redmans for redundancy/ settlement cases such as mine.”
“Chloe supported me with my legal matter during a very stressful time and gave excellent professional advice. She was always understanding and had my best interests in mind. My emails with questions, or emails from the other party, were always responded to promptly and thoroughly.
I would fully recommend Redmans for employment law matters and in particular Chloe for her great advice and understanding.”
“I was really happy with the service I received from Tessa. I was struggling with my health and recovering from surgery as we worked through an employment issue. She was incredibly patience and understanding and happy to go at the pace I was able. Tessa helped to make a very stressful time much easier for me.”
“I am submitting this feedback late, as it relates to events from May 2024.
I initially spoke with Redmans solicitor, to explain my situation at work and the grievance I had raised, which was not upheld. I asked for advice on how to appeal the grievance outcome. My case was then referred to Alex Hodson, a senior solicitor.
Unfortunately, I experienced very poor communication from AH. Before submitting the grievance, she spent no meaningful time discussing my case with me. When I called, she told me she was busy, and later emailed saying she was in the middle of an important deadline.
I sent her a summary of my work situation, but without any consultation or advice, she submitted a grievance that was of poor quality and focused on events that had happened two years prior to the date she raised it. Some of the information included was incorrect. She also did not give me an opportunity to review the grievance before it was sent, even though I was unwell at the time.
I felt that, as a solicitor, her actions made my work situation worse. In my experience, she appeared to prioritise payment over the quality of service. I felt that, because of my health and vulnerability at the time, my situation was not taken seriously, despite the fact that I paid for her professional services.”
