“The A0 poster snap frame I ordered was promptly delivered but unfortunately had a dent in it. As requested when I reported this, I sent a photo by email of the damage, and a replacement was sent through by TNT. Unfortunately they called while we were out for a short time and left a card explaining how to arrange a redelivery. I phoned TNT to explain we would be away the follow week, and it was agreed we would call at the Southampton depot the following Friday on our way back from holiday. When we called as arranged, I was frustrated to say the least to be informed it had been returned to the sender. Eventually it was successfully delivered in good condition. Despite the hassle over delivery, the frame is excellent. Inserting the poster is easy, but as the frame needs to be screwed to the wall, two persons are required, one to hold the frame level, and the other to mark and drill the holes. Jason at Customer Services was always helpful, my problem was with TNT!”

“The Poster Frame is of high quality. I wanted to mount a large poster or large print, and this was the only item I could find to accomplish that. However, though the advert mentions an anti-glare cover it does not say that this cover is also semi opaque, and therefore not totally suitable for my requirements. I'm currently wondering how to get around this.”

“There were no instructions on how to put the unit together contained within the box. Luckily I had printed them off beforehand and taken them to the event, otherwise we would have been stuck!! Also, we needed a hammer to install the shelf which we didn't have with us. Apart from that the unit seems great so far!”

“Very Good service, quick & efficient. Unfortunately there appears to be a glitch in the computer system when dealing with accounts that can only operate through invoice & purchase order. "No ident' of Order receipt when ordered via computer system". With many thanks, this glitch was dealt with manually by yours selves. Ray Jefferies (for EPPSG ).”

“Searched for a smaller lectern for our new Vicar as the traditional wooden one was too big. The item on Red17 came up via a link on ebay. (Aluminium and plastic lectern) purchased on line and delivered on time. Well packaged and put together well. Found to be an excellent purchase and fits the bill well and our Vicar approves. Would shop with Red17 again and considering display panels.”

“I bought the A3 sized box. This is very well made and was easy to fix to the front wall of my premises. And I'm happy with that. The only downside is that while the backing plate inside takes an A3 poster neatly, the frame of the door is smaller than A3, so posters printed right to the edge (the most common format used by the people using my box) have about 1 centimetre all round obscured. Hopefully this will not be a big impediment to my users.”

“We are absolutely delighted with the A1 outdoor pin notice boards we ordered for our community centre. Particularly appreciated are the solid-but-light aluminium frames. They were very easy to install, and came with multiple spare keys. Excellent value too, and quick delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Red17 to anyone looking for something similar.”
