The A0 poster snap frame I ordered was promptly delivered but unfortunately had a dent in it. As requested when I reported this, I sent a photo by email of the damage, and a replacement was sent through by TNT.
Unfortunately they called while we were out for a short time and left a card explaining how to arrange a redelivery. I phoned TNT to explain we would be away the follow week, and it was agreed we would call at the Southampton depot the following Friday on our way back from holiday. When we called as arranged, I was frustrated to say the least to be informed it had been returned to the sender. Eventually it was successfully delivered in good condition.
Despite the hassle over delivery, the frame is excellent. Inserting the poster is easy, but as the frame needs to be screwed to the wall, two persons are required, one to hold the frame level, and the other to mark and drill the holes.
Jason at Customer Services was always helpful, my problem was with TNT!
