Very helpful sales person who negotiated me a better deal than my current life assurance BUT it was not the same T&Cs or payout or time. So not helpful just wasted both our time and now having to unfix everything. Be weary

Spoke to Kash. He didn’t explain properly how much each of the premiums are. He didn’t bother them to check what my current coverage is to compare to the new policy. I’m Paying more for a policy that I dont want or need. Going to cancel and go back to my old policy.

They called me to discuss my life insurance. I had been happy with vitality for 3 years and they moved me on a "better" plan, I was assured my status would stay the same and my benefits would remain the same. Mine and my partner plans have now been turned upside down, we don't have access to any benefits, our statuses have changed. We've spent the last 3 months trying to fix it !!!! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is !

I haven’t received any quotes till now. While explaining the policy I wasn’t told I was expected to take it now and submit my bank details and if I’m no sure, I have to do this all over again. This policy is just forced on me without giving me any choice. I would like them to call me ASAP

Not happy with use ringing me and telling me lies about my own policy telling me my legal and general had only 22 years left when i set it up till i was 70 so lied to get commission in your back pockets make sure you ring royal london and cancel it because they want get a payment out of me

Very poor, agent very pushy and when I asked for time to think and him to ring back he became argumentative. I have since received emails saying thank you for taking out the policy. I have not agreed to any policy and will not be having a policy via your company. Very poor customer service.

I’m actually quite upset. The guy persuaded me to take out my own life insurance a year before my current one runs out and said my husband was unlikely to get cover but that someone would call him on a specific date and time to help. They didn’t do so. Another call recently and we rearranged the appointment and again no-one called (the original guy told me he’d “do some digging”) so now I’m having sleepless nights thinking we need to sell our home. I’m going to cancel the cover and go elsewhere now I think. I’m so disappointed.

Had I bought directly from the insurer I would of received £200 in vouchers. Have yet to receive the additional paperwork required.

Got my name wrong Got my Date of birth wring Did not cancel my existing policy which meant I was out of pocket. Ignored my complaint. I will be seeking advice by the FCA

I was promised a £25 voucher for recommending some one but I got my wife to change policy couple of weeks latter, and promised a voucher but never got one, the policy was satisfactory and the guy on phone good, just no voucher as promised, I didn’t do it for the voucher but it should not be promised if your not going to honour it,
