Initially I was not sure what you were trying to sell or offer me. Both lads on the phone were very friendly, sometimes it was a bit quickly said. But very comprehensive

Spent nearly an hour on the phone to Emma and despite providing all my details, I’ve heard nothing since?? To be honest, I was beginning to wonder if it was a scam, to the point I’ve notified my bank of my concerns.

Although the agent was polite, I found that he was pushy and didn't understand that at that moment I couldn't speak, hence I ended up speaking to them and made the wrong decision.
