I felt pressured to take the policy. I kept getting calls asking me the same questions over and over again because somebody had to listen in to the answers that I gave. Even when I was at work in meetings the phone would ring and I would cut and it would ring again.

Have many calls after I agreed the 1st option which annoyed me very much ( just communicate and remove the person from receiving any more unwanted calls )

I spoke to Mr Jackson, I set up a policy with national friendly! Only to receive documents telling me I have set up with one family... This has left me disgruntled and dubious about moving forward, thanks but no thanks

Luke Vernon was very friendly and charming and made sense of what he was selling me but being a vulnerable person i get easily talked into things even though i explained to the original person who called that i was happy with my insurer and didnt want to change. He explained about the increasing insurance protects the amount insured togoup with inflation but didnt explain that the payments would also go up with inflation. I am not comfortable not knowing how much i will be paying in the future so had to ring and cancel the following day. so a waste of over an hour of my time and his and as i originally said i will stick to my insurance i already have . please dont phone me again

I took out a policy but had a few questions to ask the advisor so I rang back and was told I will get a call back which never came

Seems after setting up life insurance to cover my new mortgage it was cancelled and I wasn't informed until I rang to make sure all was OK with the policy , then I was told the news it had been cancelled after it was set up . Now I have no cover and my new mortgage starts in three days . They did try and sort another life cover but was told they couldn't help me . I feel If I was told asap about it being cancelled I would have had just over two months to look elsewhere. Not happy at all !

Polite broker, but they signed me up to something that wasn't made clear. I recorded my phone calls and at no point was it explained it was three separate policies and not one. I then got hounded almost daily, to sign on the dotted line, but have declined as I still have an old policy in place.

Very long winded repeatedly asked the same questions, then get passed to someone else who asked the same questions again.1 hour on the fon first day second day 40mins same questions, also don't know what my dress size has to do with my insurance

I spoke with a very polite advisor. Sadly, they failed to tell me I was taking out 3 policies requiring 3 direct debits. They also could not even send me documents with my correct name on them. I have been unable to contact them by phone, so I will be cancelling the policies and continuing with the policies that I already have, even though they are quite expensive.

It is way too hard to cancel your policy. I am only a couple days after the phone call to set it up and my circumstances have made it so I no longer need this cover (I’m going to be moving countries) however the process to cancel is way too difficult. I need to make phone calls which is damn near impossible with my work

They know about insurance but they do harras u to talk on the phone and lie about the amount of time it's going to take, call u alot till u commit to an instance. The next question ask how did I call them that's a laugh they called me

Advisor didn’t listen to what I wanted at all, ended up setting up a decreasing policy and telling me it was cheaper than the same thing I was already paying for when in fact it wasn’t.

The call lasted approx 90 mins to long in my opinion, I was asked the same set of questions 4 times surely the process could be speed up and be made more efficient.

Very poor experience setting up life insurance cover. Very slow process to set up. Took ages for the application to go through and having to confirm health questionnaire twice and fill in another declaration form. The real kick in the teeth was not getting the £100 voucher from Amazon as I didn't go direct. Would not recommend.

All that was visible through the window of the envelope containing documents with personal information on was my name. The envelope had then had to be ripped so Royal Mail could see the address. Not acceptable.

I am now regretting changing my policy as I now realise that I was cold called and fell into a trap to get me to change my policy. Really disappointed with my self for allowing myself to be duped
