“The gentleman who rang me introduced himself and was very friendly and thorough. The only fault that I found was that he spoke very fast and I did have to ask him to repeat himself a few times. Apart from that, the experience with Red Star was good.”

“I first spoke to John who was lovely, and he then put me in contact with Rhys to handle my life insurance account. Rhys listened to what was important to me, talked me through all the options that were available and recommended the option that would most benefit me and my family. He was incredibly empathetic, whilst also being friendly and easy to talk to. He was patient and kind when I was not being the easiest of clients, and I appreciated his approachable professionalism throughout the whole call and follow up. I would highly recommend. Thank you!”
