They called me to discuss my life insurance. I had been happy with vitality for 3 years and they moved me on a "better" plan, I was assured my status would stay the same and my benefits would remain the same.
Mine and my partner plans have now been turned upside down, we don't have access to any benefits, our statuses have changed. We've spent the last 3 months trying to fix it !!!!
If it sounds too good to be true it probably is !
