“Conflicting advice was given. Multiple calls from different staff at least 6 calls in a two week period. Staff member Hayley who set up original life assurance was very good, clear, concise and knowledgeable. Information within the system appears to be poor, staff calling not aware new policies were up and running.”

“The representative Rhys was a pleasure to talk to about Life Insurance which for most people is a sensitive subject. The reassurance he gave knowing the policy/s he would be recommending would cover my individual needs, was priceless. His knowledge and communication skills were exceptional a very refreshing change from what some may have been considered a "sales call" which it definitely was not as everyone needs this cover for their loved ones. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to review/update their life cover and also pensions and will advice. Thank you”
