“Spoke to Kash. He didn’t explain properly how much each of the premiums are. He didn’t bother them to check what my current coverage is to compare to the new policy. I’m Paying more for a policy that I dont want or need. Going to cancel and go back to my old policy.”

“They called me to discuss my life insurance. I had been happy with vitality for 3 years and they moved me on a "better" plan, I was assured my status would stay the same and my benefits would remain the same. Mine and my partner plans have now been turned upside down, we don't have access to any benefits, our statuses have changed. We've spent the last 3 months trying to fix it !!!! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is !”

“Can I just say , I’ve worked in customer service most of my life just had an extended phone call off Leigh a broker of the company . He needs a bloody promotion and then some not only has he sold me a policy but I’m gonna be recommending him to all my friends because Dam !!! He’s an asset to your company and I can’t praise the fella enough . 5 stars is just not enough to appreciate his customer service more like 10 in my books . You can’t teach or train people to have the amount of empathy Leigh has . Credit where credit is due 👏👏👏👏”
