“The representative Rhys was a pleasure to talk to about Life Insurance which for most people is a sensitive subject. The reassurance he gave knowing the policy/s he would be recommending would cover my individual needs, was priceless. His knowledge and communication skills were exceptional a very refreshing change from what some may have been considered a "sales call" which it definitely was not as everyone needs this cover for their loved ones.
