About The Red Dog Company:

The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“Great quality beds. Loved by all my dogs.”

“We were looking for an easily transportable and comfy mat for our greyhound so that she could sit comfortably with us if we stopped for coffee etc - greyhounds don't like sitting and prefer to lie down. The mat ticks every box. It is beautifully soft - she loves it and took to it immediately. We use it in the house and just roll it up when we're heading out. Have washed it once so far and it washed well.”

“Excellent quality dog mat, so far incredibly puppy proof since we collected our Vizsla pup at 8 weeks, now aged 10 weeks, he absolutely loves it. When he’s older we shall be investing in the bed as we know he’ll live that too!”

“Have been looking at dog beds for ages. Have gone through several, but now he is two years old I wanted something robust and comfy for Viggo. I hardly got it on the floor before he jumped in albeit the wrong way round, he was so keen. Its lovely quality, beautiful fabric and very well made. I emailed for advice on correct size and got an immediate reply. Very good company to deal with.”

“We were initially somewhat hesitant in purchasing a bed for our cooker Bailey as he has torn every fabric bed previously purchased for him No such worry he immediately snuggled down and has not attempted to chew the bed . The fabric is beautiful being pure wool and British made has to be a bonus. Keeps its shape much better than cheaper versions. The mattress also holds its shape and softness. Thank you red dog company Bailey loves it and I love how it fits in with our homestyle”

“The bed is amazing. Coco took to it very quickly. She can put her head on the sides and back. The only thing I would change is the colour cream of the cushion. I of course have put a fleece on top. Is the cushion washable. All in all I am very happy.”

“All of our pets are thoroughly enjoying this bed. Our labrador puppy is currently 30kg and the large size bed is a good fit for him. He tried to chew and destroy the bed for the first couple of days, but is now using it for sleeping. I think it helps that the bed is very heavy so it's not as easy to pick up and chew, though he's giving it a good effort! All in all, I think my dog now has a better, more comfortable mattress than I do. It's very good quality and esthetically pleasing. Very happy with the purchase.”

“An excellent company giving great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their quality dog beds. I ordered a medium size bed for my cocker spaniel and it is beautiful - heavy and strong, but the woollen material is warm and soft as well as being robust enough to be able to withstand my dog's scratching. I misread the dog bed information (my fault) and ordered the neutral cover instead of the grey one. When I contacted customer service Chris was very helpful and there was no hesitation about me returning the neutral cover in exchange for the grey one. I love the bed and thoroughly recommend it even though it's expensive - but it's long lasting quality is not cheap and this bed will last for years without having to replace it.”
