About The Red Dog Company:

The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“Ordered a medium bed to fit a wooden bed made with inch spare space bed was Not the correct measurements ordered as per website at least 2-3 inch shorter depending on where you measure from so make sure you ask for measurements before ok ok ok ordering or bespoke order. However that aside the bed itself is excellent”

Dear Elunor, Thanks for your review; I'm sorry that our Mat did not meet your expectations. The memory foam used in our Mats and Beds is supplied to us with a tolerance of +/-5mm so we cannot understand how this is possible. It would really help us understand, and rectify the issue, if you could send us the photograph you were going to send, further to our email correspondence on the 29/6. “I bought the extra long Jaeger slip lead and on arrival I was very happy however I have now been using the lead for a few weeks and I am extremely disappointed as this lead has no internal substance to it - it arrives in a nice cylindrical shape but is now squashed flat for the majority of the lead, the bound section seems to have substance - for the price this lead now does not look very nice. One very disappointed customer :-(”

Dear Lisa, I'm very sorry you are not happy with your Extra Long Slip Lead - we only want delighted customers so please return it to us for a full refund. You are quite right about the lack of internal substance; our Master Rigger deliberately removes the core to reduce bulk so that the Lead is pocketable when not in use. We will make sure to include this fact in our product description going forward. This is not detrimental to function - our Leads are tested to 500kg - which is the limit of our testing equipment!
