We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience with us as we are constantly striving to improve our service. I have checked with our courier and it seems the courier has attempted 3 deliveries. Is there anything we can do from our side, perhaps telling the courier to come at a delivery time that works for you?

“The whisky tasting sets are great, but accompanied by a link to a pre-recorded whisky tasting session is genius! Some friends and I are going to have a Zoom tasting session, watching the video tasting session by screen share - superb!”

“Excellent customer service from this company. Purchases despatched swiftly, and queries handled very quickly. Particularly like their monthly blind tatstings to sample loads of different whiskies, etc. Great fun and opens your eyes to different types of liquors. Highly recpmmended.”

“We ordered two sets of the RUMDINGERS RUM tasting boxes. One for of one for our best friends. Via FaceTime we then had a really enjoyable evening. The Rum’s were delicious and gave us a great talking point”
