“Quick and priced great. I had an issue with a welcome gift missing that arrived a few days later in the post, with minimal fuss. Excellent customer service, and to be fair, the batched Gin I bought was lovely!! BRAVO”

We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience with us as we are constantly striving to improve our service. I have checked with our courier and it seems the courier has attempted 3 deliveries. Is there anything we can do from our side, perhaps telling the courier to come at a delivery time that works for you?
