“Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und sehr schnelle Lieferung Schade ist, dass durch die extrem stark aufgepumpte Plastikschutzverpackung die Kartonverpackung der Flasche eingedrückt worden ist. Ansonsten sehr gerne wieder”

“Generally a great experience and glad to find a rare whisky at a reasonable price. My rating is a 4 for two reasons: (1) I find the shipping cost unreasonable for the product. In my experience with other overseas merchants, the international shipping charge is half as much or less, even for rare bottles requiring special handling. I purchased from Really Good Whisky Company despite this because, again, it is a rare whisky, and it cost less than on other sites even with the high shipping cost. (2) Concerning tracking: I received notice my package was shipped but no tracking information. International delivery times vary substantially. Living in a flat, tracking information is important to have so I know when to go to our package room to look for and retrieve it. Otherwise it was easy to determine whether what I was looking for was available, and the purchase transaction was simple. I would purchase again from Really Good Whisky Company in similar circumstances, but I will look elsewhere for more mundane bottles.”

“Staffs are helpful and friendly but the shipping took too long, wish it could be a little bit faster, I’ve brought liquors from other UK company and it only took 2 days for me to received it, they were super fast and they gave a little more discount, otherwise, your company still good! Thanks!”

“Fast efficient service, was very impressed with this side of things. Some good deals, but not always the best price wise, I’ve since found the same bottle I bought last week for over £130 cheaper on another similar website!”

“Well I’m told that the shipment is on the way. I have yet to receive it but I’ve heard from the company and am optimistic that it will be here soon. Unfortunately it won’t arrive in time for the intended wedding that I planned it for. It is an overseas shipment so I’m sad but it’s not their fault. I’ll update this post as soon as I receive the Scotch.”
