Hi Christian! Oh dear - I'm so sorry that you have had a bad experience with us! !t seems from the photo that customs have opened up the box to check what is inside! I hope that the whisky inside is undamaged and that you still manage to enjoy this freebie set :)

“Ordered 6 bottles which arrived within 48 hrs which was great Unfortunately 1 of the bottles was incorrect which can happen, but only had to make 1 call and all was sorted out straight away, the right bottle sent and return label for the 1 to go back.”

“This was part of the sale and the items only showed one at a time, I had things in my basket that I wanted to buy and it took more than 90 mins for all the items to show up. In the meantime, the items in my basket went out of stock. I complained about the poorly managed sale and was told my internet was too slow but not too slow to receive such poor feedback from them. Given the delivery charge is irrespective of the amount you order I did not want to pay for delivery charges a few times so I could not finalize my order.”
