“Excellent customer service, very pleased with my experience. I emailed them with several queries and always received clear, prompt responses. The prices are reasonable and the ordering process is straightforward. I received my order within a couple of days, and the packaging was excellent. “The Glendroach was as good as was expected. The delivery arrived slightly ahead of what I expected but that was a good thing as I was able to enjoy ban excellent dram even earlier than expected.”

“Very efficient although initial contact to find out quantity on the chat line received no response. However, I realised the website could fulfil only quantity available so I didn't need the chat line. After then, communication about delivery was great. Courier service pretty accurate with time slot. Happy to buy again green the Really Good Whisky Company.”
