“My whiskey came and a bottle was broken open and the remaining bottles were tossed around. I emailed the company about this and all they did was give me a £20 refund. Considering how much I spent, I don’t see how this is an acceptable refund.”

“I recently purchased 4 bottles of Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 5 from TRGWC. I ordered on Wednesday just before 7pm; the package wasshipped via Parcelforce the following morning; the bottles arrived on Monday, neatly and securely packed, in perfect order. Batch 5 is hugely popular and was sold out instantly by almost all reputable online merchants. Congratulations and thanks to TRGWC, who were the first to offer Batch 5 and at a price that was amongst the lowest on the Net. Personally, I have no problem waiting a couple of extra days for Parcelforce to trundle down the highways of Britain - after all, I'm not going to be drinking the whisky for quite some time. What matters to me is securing the whiskies that I like, at competitive prices, with the reassurance that the bottles will be well-packaged and arrive without breakage or shortage. And that is what TRGWC does, every time. Thank you.”

“very happy with the order, great website that's easy to navigate, no problems processing payment. Bought a brand that was sold out in most other shops and they sold for RRP (unlike many other shops which mark up close to secondary market!) Delivery was quck a bottle securely packaged. Overall absolute ace service and great experience, highly reccommend the seller!”

“Stellar customer service, very responsive to my questions, delivery was fast and efficient considering the distance. As far as the product - amazing! I gave the Whisky Advent Calendars to my son and one of his friends, they both considered it one of the coolest gifts that they had received. I will be buying them again earlier next year and probably an additional one for another friend that was impressed with them and wishing! *The 6 - 12 hours response to my e-mail was time zone related, (I'm US, Pacific Time Zone).”
