“Great price on the whisky I bought, best around. Fast delivery with my preferred company DPD. Great communication and for £10 you free next day delivery fir a year. What's not to like!”

“Very good experience and after sale service. I got an issue with whisky box being damaged by wrapping system being too tight and got a satisfactory answer and action. Just an idea, other whisky company put the bottle only in the inflatable wrapping and the box alongside in a different loose wrapping to avoid the compression issue.”

hey - many thanks for the feedback! We usually pack the boxes separately so as not to damage the cardboard - not sure how this glitch happened - but we won't let it happen again!!! Thanks for your custom!

“I purchased a relatively rare bottling they had just acquired. They were quick to hold the item and send me pictures of the bottle so I could make a final decision. The customer service (online and in a different country) was excellent! It took only 9 business days to receive my order UK to USA. This was a great shop with excellent customer service and a unique product I had been searching for to no avail. While I received the shipment sooner than expected I will note that the shipping company was lax on info/ tracking. Overall very pleased!”

“Well I’m told that the shipment is on the way. I have yet to receive it but I’ve heard from the company and am optimistic that it will be here soon. Unfortunately it won’t arrive in time for the intended wedding that I planned it for. It is an overseas shipment so I’m sad but it’s not their fault. I’ll update this post as soon as I receive the Scotch.”

“I ordered a bottle of whisky (got the last one), but sadly had to arrange to return it. The staff were very friendly and understanding throughout, even when it turned out I could keep the bottle and asked for a refund on the pickup I had paid for, but no longer required. Great prices, great customer support. Highly recommended. They even put a little hand written not on my invoice in the box saying I had picked a great dram. Nice human touch! Will order from again.”
