“Having read enough comments elsewhere and based on my own experience I have doubts the ‘flood sale’ was really a lucky dip. Glenturret anyone? Other people with exactly the same two whiskies I got in a lucky dip. Could be long odds, I’m not convinced though.”

“Appalling customer service Failed to send my order or notify me of a problem. When chased, told gift box for tasting set was missing but would send miniatures and include an extra one to compensate for lack of gift box. Chased them again before miniatures were finally sent and when they arrived 2 weeks after ordering they had sent 2 miniatures duplicated so ruined Christmas present. Have had no response to my email complaint - don’t shop with these people.”

“My order was shipped to Chicago and the customer team was very kind and friendly with answering questions and providing updates! The whiskey itself turned out great for a tasting with friends and we all enjoyed the variety!”
