“After visiting your lovely cafe whilst visiting friends in Wiltshire, I purchased more coffee on line when I got home. Lovely tasting, smooth coffee to start my day”
“I stumbled across Rave Coffee a few years ago and they are efficient and easy to order from. I like being able to look at previous orders and simply reorder. I like the speed of delivery which is sometimes quicker than 24 hours order to door. On the negative side I get fed up with offers of obscure coffees I don't want and when I log in I am irritated by the appearance of the "Shop" pop-up window which I now know to be for some odd way of paying. I just want to pay by credit card and have done. The coffee is expensive and there is a system where you build up points for a future discount. I very much prefer just to have cheaper prices.”
“I tried Rave as it got a good write up in the Times. I like the website which is full of useful information. I thought the price for my decaf was a bit high. I'm enjoying the coffee which I make in a cafetière. I don't like the bag the coffee comes in but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Overall I would buy this again but the coffee with postage is expensive.”
“Nice taste, but grind actually seems finer than I've ever used before, which can cause issues with machine. Wish I'd ordered beans rather than. Pre-ground”
“Quick delivery. Easy to navigate website. There are choices but not too many that you will be overwhelmed. Quite pricey for a premium brand so maybe not buy too often, do the coffees taste better than mass produced beans? I wouldn’t necessarily say it does, there are so many options and if you picked one you don’t like the taste of then that’s your money down the drain…whereas the commercialised ones, at least you know you’ll like the taste and it’s less than half the price of what you pay for a 250g compared to 1kg!”
“Good coffee, I think as I'm no expert. Service is very good, coffee always arrives well i of packaged. I do feel I'm paying over the odds though. Coffee here ain't cheap.”
