“It’s a quick delivery and only tried one beans so far. There is a lot of broken beans in the first bag of the beans I opened. The quality of the beans is not consistent”

“First time ordering from RAVE, sadly they messed up on my order, I recieved the wrong item but the customer support was first class and it was resolved quickly with no fuss. I like the fresh modern feel to the website also the range of coffees seem extensive without being overwhelming.”

It claims to remove damaging air from the beans.
However it is not clear if Co2 created during storage is allowed to escape.”
“Coffee's fab but due to some strange reason the postie won't put my boxes from Rave through my letterbox. I've had to trek to the delivery office a couple of times now. The boxes fit through the letterbox so I don't know why. Not a grind at Rave(pun intended) but maybe if the packaging was slightly less bulky, this wouldn't happen.”

“Ordered a gift subscription but the recipient didn't receive a notification email, which was disappointing as it was a birthday present. I had to ring 2 days later to find out what went wrong. The response was apologetic and the email was promptly sent to the recipient. Good response to the issue but unfortunate that the birthday gift wasn't delivered on schedule.”
“An acquaintance of mine encouraged me to give Rave Coffee a go. So I took the plunge and brought a few small sample bags (each bag around £8 so not cheap). The first order arrived pretty sharply so 10/10 for delivery. Each flavour coffee came in a smart quality Rave pouch bag 10/10. The fist flavour we tried was the signature blend which is pretty ordinary unfortunately. Fudge was up next, this delivered a fairly decent cup of coffee with subtle notes of fudge. 3rd up the Italian Job - an easy 9/10 such a good depth of flavour and all round made a brilliant cup of coffee.
Second order was delivered in a very timely fashion. First up in this tasting session was strong as F##K apparently rotated to death! If you like a no nonsense strong coffee and hits you harder than a train then this is the bean for you! 7/10. Espresso was next up and one of our favourites 8/10. The last on the current tasting list is the Mocha blend. We haven't tested this yet so I will report back tomorrow to let you all know the outcome.
In conclusion Rave Coffee is something to Rave about - high end coffee but not cheap - you get what you pay for I guess...”
