I ordered 3 packs of different coffees. I have tried the Colombia el Carmen twice. I was looking forward to the caramel, chocolate and red fruits promised hoping for a good strong brew. Instead I found it to be insipid and thin. Although I used far less water than I usually do the second time there was no improvement. Very disappointing. I hope that the other 2 coffees ordered will be better. The filter grind seems coarser than expecooted copmpared with coffees bought in the past from other companies. Unfortunately, I would not buy this coffee again.”
