“Very fast delivery and great flexibility in terms of the precise time I need to restock! However, Rave are not as consistent as they might be in their responses to customer contact. As an example, I had a very helpful reply to an email about what constitutes 'dark' roast, which suggested I send them examples of coffees that I considered to be dark-roasted. I did, and never heard another word!”

“I like rave although I find that I end up having to buy more coffee than I need to hit their free delivery threshold at which point it's not as fresh as it could be. I like that they always have new stuff to try and I generally like their lighter fruitier roasts. I wish I could have a two bags a month subscription because it always ends up being less than £25”

“The coffe has a great taste and the service has been good.
My only niggle has been the grind, it is very fine and my gaggia machine struggles to pass it through if I ever tamp it beyond the lightest touch. A couple of times there was so much pressure that the basket blew off. My other niggle is that a couple of the packs contained several whole beans, I would have assumed that in a commercial operation there was some form of screening operation that should have removed these. Just a touch too fine for me to be able to process easily, using my equipment and skill.”

“This is the third subscription I have purchased for my sister, she runs on Rave coffee!
However the ordering software had a hissy fit this time and omitted to tell her she had a gift, it told me, but not her, I had to forward my received e my ail for her to accept. And it was only me that got the nagging email to say the gift was waiting for acceptance. Normally it all works like clockwork. It is so good that you take orders from people like me who live abroad. So many sites dont. Thank you”

“Quick delivery, Coffee is very nice.and works.well in my Sage Barista. Pricey though , I dont drink enough coffee to have a regular subscription so buying bags as I need them is expensive. If there was an option to redice the frequency of deliveries on the subcription thqt would be alot better”
“Decent coffee and a welcome change from our usual big name pods. Easy to use website and ordering system and smart packaging - the compostable pods are a bonus.”
“Tried the discovery box to see what the coffee is like. Definitely noticeably better than supermarket brands and very different flavour between the two bags. Pricey, so wouldn't replace my usual coffee with it, but will definitely be getting a couple more bags to have as the first coffee of the day.”
