However the ordering software had a hissy fit this time and omitted to tell her she had a gift, it told me, but not her, I had to forward my received e my ail for her to accept. And it was only me that got the nagging email to say the gift was waiting for acceptance. Normally it all works like clockwork. It is so good that you take orders from people like me who live abroad. The customer service is amazing . As a first time purchase I clicked the wrong type of beans . I contacted Rave straight away and although they could not stop my incorrect order they told me to keep it and sent the correct beans out to me - FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE . I will definitely order again”
