“I'm giving Rave Coffee Ltd five stars, because I can't imagine using any other service. The price per gram of coffee is more than fair, in fact, it's generous. The coffee is incredibly fresh and they have clearly made the right choices with suppliers. However I'd like to note that there are some questionable single origin coffees being offered. These coffees are either selected because of their subtle nuanced flavours or It's the virtue of working with the local communities. I believe it's the latter, and can understand the justification, though, as a common consumer I wouldn't know I was getting involved with charity when finding a flavoursome bag of coffee beans. I'd also like to note that the syrups are not good enough for the asking price. The same size bottle of Monin Caramel syrup is roughly £1 cheaper than Rave, and the flavour is much better and stronger, I find the Rave syrups lacking in thickness and flavour.
Despite my notes, the coffee is fantastic, the coffee is cheap, the business model is excellent, delivery is always on time and often a surprise when they arrive early, the team are responsive to answer customer questions, the website layout is concise and easy to navigate with easy purchasing options, the brand and aesthetics are fitting and modern. Personally a really important thing for me is that Rave Coffee Ltd do not get involved with obnoxious advertising!!! I have an immense happiness when I visit the website, I feel free, Rave Coffee feels like a Market Stall in a bustling exotic town. The Company and the Coffee are authentic.”

“Rave are spot on. Only ever had one issue - a cancelled subscription order still got charged and sent, but Rave customer services were brilliant, refunded me and let me still keep the coffee.
Great selection of coffees to suit all tastes. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either. I have discovered lots of brilliant coffees through rave that I haven't in other places.”

They have an excellent customer service department and here, I must give a special mention to Sarah, who dealt with my order. “We’ve had a six month subscription ( loved it- didn’t necessarily love all the coffee, but happy to try them!) now buy on demand. The bag we’ve just opened is disappointing in that there’s a lots of husks and debris in with the beans. But that’s the first time we’ve found that”
