“Really did not deliver. Was super excited to try the decaf but sadly disappointed. No depth of flavour really weak. So so disappointed and the customer service team at Rave have been really unresponsive.”
“I’ve been hunting for a new coffee supplier and came across Rave. I was obsessed with Indian coffee which is smooth with no acidity. Rave do a great Malabar roast but also I really like their Signature House roast too. I’m now a subscriber and have been very pleased with their service , quality of coffee and information on new roasts and equipment.”
“Was looking for a recommended decaf whole bean and was linked to Rave. Ordering experience was top notch and delivery super quick... received next day (on a Sunday!). Packaging is quite funky, love the branding. Being able to seal the bag up was another plus. And last but not least... coffee is superb! I'll be back.”
“I enjoy using Rave Coffee Company for several reasons. The website is easy on the eye, attractive and simple to use. I appreciate the information about the coffee, the producers and their history. Delivery is quick, the coffee is well packaged and comes with a little tasting card. Their range of coffee is impressive with offerings from across the world and new products are presented on a regular basis. Most of all though, is the quality of the coffee, all that I have tried have been excellent. There has been one or two that I didn't care for but that's just taste preference, I think. It's evident with all Rave coffees that they are top class and produced with care and skill.”
Thank you for the fantastic and detailed review! 😊 t’s great to know that, even with different taste preferences, you’ve found that all our coffees enjoyable. We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback and look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent coffee! 💛
“We were recommended both the Swiss Water decaf whole beans coffee and the airscape storage container. Excellent purchase on both accounts, perfect coffee taste. A real favourite and no compromise with having decaf. Excellent value and delivery. Our first purchase one of many.”
Thank you for the fantastic review! 😊 We're so happy to hear that both the Swiss Water Decaf and the Airscape storage container were perfect purchases for you! ☕
“Having tried Rave coffee at a friend's I was persuaded by the amazing flavour to buy a French press, milk heater/frother and grinder so that my husband and I could enjoy your coffee at home. It is a decision that I certainly don't regret. So far we have tried the Fudge and Signature blends and love them both. A happy convert!”
“Website easy to use
The art on the products is class
271 excellent ; easy to make, tastes like the packet says
Nectarine honeysuckle pink lemonade
256 I can’t make it taste nice, I tried 4 times, down to 90’C and 1:40 v60 but still mudy to me ?”
“The absolute best customer service of any company we deal with! The single variety coffees are always distinctive and enjoyable, and our beloved Fudge is a completely reliable blend.”
“I think the coffee blenders at Rave know what they are doing, making superb, smooth blended coffees. The service at Rave is second to none
I asked a member of the sales team to sort out a query and it was handled very swiftly and professionally by Tegan, being as it was my first order with you.
When it comes to communication & liaising with customers, i like your hyp, modern, friendly approach.
Can I ask whether you do single blend coffees, like Sumatran coffee? I'm a big fan of Sumatran coffee, especially from Bengkulu as some friends of mine own a coffee plantation & I enjoyed their coffee enormously.
I'm nit in a position to order a consignment of coffee every month, as we are not huge coffee drinkers but possibly every two months. Would that be OK?
Once again thank you for your prompt and friendly service.”
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! 😊 We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the smooth blended coffees and the service at Rave. Teagan will be especially happy to hear your kind words!
“Stunning coffee! We've tried a ridiculous amount of coffee and subscriptions, and Rave is the one we are sticking with! Incredible quality and flavour, brilliant packaging telling you exactly what coffee it is and how to brew!”
