“I have been a customer of Rave Coffee for years and have always been delighted with the coffee I received and the excellent value. I have recently for the first time taken delivery of a damaged box from them. The box was delivered in a Royal Mail in a plastic bag. It should have contained a 1kg bag of beans and a 250g bag as well. Unfortunately, the 1kg bag was missing.I called Rave and reported what had happened. I was so impressed with how they dealt with this. They said they would contact Royal Mail and would be able to see the photo taken by the postman and told me they would immediately resent the whole order. This they did and it arrived the following day. Considering it wasn't their fault I was extremely impressed and also ended up with an extra bag of coffee. That's what I call customer service. Thank you.”
