“This is a revised review - initially I had a problem with contacting customer services. However, Rave did work hard to resolve this and provided a very generous free gift to make up for the issues I have had. I would highly recommend their service and, of course, the quality of their coffee.”
Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear you've had this issue. If you could kindly drop us an email to info@ravecoffee.co.uk we'd be happy to help and assist further!
“Lovely coffee! Great service. The packaging was exciting too, I’m a design teacher so I’ll be taking it to my school as a case study on promotional packaging”
“Amazing service and the coffee is exactly what we were looking for, after experimenting with different coffees we've found the rich flavors of Rave coffee stand out!”
“First time ordering from RAVE, sadly they messed up on my order, I recieved the wrong item but the customer support was first class and it was resolved quickly with no fuss. I like the fresh modern feel to the website also the range of coffees seem extensive without being overwhelming.”
“I first subscribed to RAVE a couple of years ago and was blown away by how good the coffee was.
At one point, I paused my subscription to see what else was out there — tried a bunch of other blends, brands, and subscriptions — but nothing even came close.
So yeah… I came running back to RAVE (maybe even a little teary-eyed) and I’m so glad I did.
Honestly, it’s just the best coffee subscription out there, it just is.”
“A recent coffee subscriber. I love all the coffee we have received so far - quality, taste, service, delivery etc is much better than other online subscription ls we have tried. ❤️”
“Ordered 12 month subscription as a gift. Recipient loves it.
Personally, im not a fan of daily marketing emails from any website. I wouldn't open the door to cold callers so dont understand the need for websites to bombard me with daily emails, hence the loss of one star.”
“Decaf beans?! Never knew how good this coffee could taste. Really impressed and means I can drink good tasting coffee later in the day without blowing my head off. Will be buying again without any doubt.”
