I have always been impressed with the quality of their coffee, and their small selection of equipment is well chosen. I recently ordered a pretty expensive Aeropress gift set as a present for my son, but forgot to include the 10% off code from a previous purchase. When I realised what I had done, I contacted customer services to see if they would give me a discount on any further purchase, but instead Rave refunded the amount I would have saved directly to my account. Needless to say, this kind of excellent customer service guarantees customer loyalty for punters like me, especially when their coffee is so good!”

“We absolutely love RAVE coffees. Nothing that we previously used touchs the depth of flavours from the varieties purchased from RAVE. So far we have tried Chatswood, Italian job and Signature, all different in their own ways and excellent. We will continue to use the RAVE coffees above and also try some different blends. Delivery is always prompt and notified in advance. A small thing, but worth commenting on, is the design of the coffee bags which open with a pull tab and can be easily resealed. Great bag design to.”
