“Have been with Rave for a while now and the coffe I order is excellent, but am on the verge of finding another supplier. I am repeatedly having issues with the payment system even though my card details are sorted with the site. I have emailed a number of times and had apologies, all very nice and it shouldn't happen etc. this last time was a pain I could do without and was in the middle of something when placing my order, to be told I had to go through all the rigmarole of keying in my card details from start to finish. I complied, had the order confirmed and delivery was prompt etc. bu I emailed again and mentioned I was having the same issue and the emailed response I found amazing and incomprehensible and in fact thought the reply was actually somewhat verging on trade description territory and made no sense.”

We understand how frustrating it can be to re-enter your card details, especially when you're in the middle of something important. As mentioned in our previous email correspondence, for security reasons, we do not store any payment information on our website for one-time purchases, which is why your card details are not automatically filled in during checkout.
However, we do store card information for subscriptions to ensure a seamless recurring order process. For one-time purchases, we recommend using alternative payment methods such as ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, etc., which allow for quicker checkouts by securely saving your payment information. Additionally, your internet browser may also have the capability to save and auto-fill your card details.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you need further assistance or have any questions about using these alternative payment methods, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

“This was my 2nd order from Rave. I thoroughly enjoyed my first order, however this time the coffee tastes dark roast when in fact I ordered medium roast. Also, I am not particularly impressed with their customer service I have received. I contacted Rave a couple of times via telephone calls. Unfortunately I didn’t find them very friendly or helpful.”
“This coffee is the best brand I have tried. I got a coffee machine 2 years ago and bought every coffee bean out there. This includes the big high street brands which were bitter and not quite what I wanted to drink everyday. Not happy with any, I heard about Rave coffee beans and thought I would try it. I bought the best selling taster kit of the signature, Italian and Colombian. Immediately the signature blend became a favourite with 1kg on order on a regular basis. I then added to that the fudge blend which is even more delicious. Never looked back! Great tasting coffee, love the recycled package and 1% for the planet ethos. “Been happily buying The Italian Job Blend Nº 2 for two or more years and fancied trying a decaffeinated for the odd evening cup or to keep in for guests. I wasn't disappointed with Nº 77, it makes a nice smooth cup of coffee in my dripper, and eveyone who's tried it has enjoyed it too.”
