“My order address was incomplete so the initial order got returned to Rave by the courier which I didn't realise. Without me chasing it, Rave contacted me directly about it and gave me a couple options on how to proceed. I updated the address and requested a the order to be reshiped and it arrived the next day. Honestly brilliant experience!”
